Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 5 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    sherry cooking wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • salt to taste

How To Make

  • 1
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, shrimp, lemon juice and pepper. Cook, stirring until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes. Add cooking sherry, parsley and chives. Bring just to a boil. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
