Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sherry cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- - salt to taste
How To Make sherry shrimp

Step 1Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, shrimp, lemon juice and pepper. Cook, stirring until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes. Add cooking sherry, parsley and chives. Bring just to a boil. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
