Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 bottle vegetable juice
- 1 bottle tomato juice
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 tablespoon szechuan five spice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
How To Make semi-homemade vegetable soup

Step 1In a large pot add your ground beef, seasonings, and garlic. Brown ground beef.

Step 2After beef has browned, drain the grease. Place ground beef back into the pot.

Step 3Add 1 46oz bottle or can of vegetable juice and tomato juice, onion soup mix, and vegetables into the pot.

Step 4Stir all of the ingredients together and allow the soup to heat through.
