    8-oz. cans sliced mushrooms, and juice
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1
    jigger sherry

    garlic powder to taste

How to Make SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together , turn into 7x12-inch shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until rice is done. Makes 6-8 servings.
