I was looking for something quick, easy and delicious to make. I love Portabellas and I wanted to try to stuff them with something really delicious. This recipe of pork sausage and all its seasonings was perfect.

Ingredients
- 1 package country pork sausage
- 1/2 large red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup gruyere cheese smoked shredded
- 1 egg
- 6 large portabella mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 scallop diced
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon weber roasted garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make sausage stuffed portabella mushrooms

Step 1Wipe portabellas with a paper towel and take out the stem and gills. Spray outside and inside with a vegetable oil. Place on Broiler.

Step 2Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and split into 6 equal parts. Take ball of ingredients and flatten into the portabella mushroom.

Step 3Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
