- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 - ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh or frozen petite peas
- 8 ounces your choice of pasta
- - freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How To Make rush hour pasta and peas

Step 1Heat the olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until tender--do not brown.

Step 2Add tomatoes, celery and peas. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Serve over hot pasta, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and garnished with parsley.
