Ingredients

  • 1 small
    sweet potato,peeled and cubed
  • 1 can(s)
    garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 bunch
    spinach, fresh
  • 1 c
    tikka marsala simmer sauce
  • ·
    salt/pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Roasted Sweet Potato,Garbanzo,Spinach Tikka Masala

Step-by-Step

  1. skin and dice sweet potato, roast in oven 20 min.
  2. In a skillet, put olive oi, the roasted sweet potatoes, drained and rinsed garbanzo beans & Spinach, drizzle with the " jarred" Tikka Misala sauce ( found in the International aisle) or Indian Market...sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Simmer 20mins, serve with Jasmine rice or/and roti
