How to Make Roasted Sweet Potato,Garbanzo,Spinach Tikka Masala
- skin and dice sweet potato, roast in oven 20 min.
- In a skillet, put olive oi, the roasted sweet potatoes, drained and rinsed garbanzo beans & Spinach, drizzle with the " jarred" Tikka Misala sauce ( found in the International aisle) or Indian Market...sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Simmer 20mins, serve with Jasmine rice or/and roti
