- 1 small sweet potato,peeled and cubed
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 bunch spinach, fresh
- 1 cup tikka marsala simmer sauce
- - salt/pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make roasted sweet potato,garbanzo,spinach tikka masala

Step 1skin and dice sweet potato, roast in oven 20 min.

Step 2In a skillet, put olive oi, the roasted sweet potatoes, drained and rinsed garbanzo beans & Spinach, drizzle with the " jarred" Tikka Misala sauce ( found in the International aisle) or Indian Market...sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

Step 3Simmer 20mins, serve with Jasmine rice or/and roti
