Ingredients

  • 1 - bushel coon oysters (singles)
  • - fried cornbread
  • - dill pickles
  • - vinegar and catsup, mixed
  • - roaring brush fire
  • 10 ounces bottled pepsi

How To Make roasted oysters

  • Step 1
    Stack oak brush in a pile. Place washed oysters (in shell) on a wire grate on top of brush. Start fire. The grate needs to be made so oysters can be easily removed at desired doneness. Serve with Pepsi, cornbread, pickles, and sauce.
  • Step 2
    Some little neck clams are delicious scattered through the oysters are delicious!
