How To Make roasted oysters

Step 1Stack oak brush in a pile. Place washed oysters (in shell) on a wire grate on top of brush. Start fire. The grate needs to be made so oysters can be easily removed at desired doneness. Serve with Pepsi, cornbread, pickles, and sauce.
