  • 1
    bushel coon oysters (singles)
  • ·
    fried cornbread
  • ·
    dill pickles
  • ·
    vinegar and catsup, mixed
  • ·
    roaring brush fire
  • 10 oz
    bottled pepsi

How to Make Roasted Oysters

Step-by-Step

  1. Stack oak brush in a pile. Place washed oysters (in shell) on a wire grate on top of brush. Start fire. The grate needs to be made so oysters can be easily removed at desired doneness. Serve with Pepsi, cornbread, pickles, and sauce.
  2. Some little neck clams are delicious scattered through the oysters are delicious!
