  • 5 clove
  • 3 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • ·
    italian herb's, to taste.
  • ·
    sea salt, ground pepper

How to Make Roasted Italian Winter Veggies


  1. Chop Veggies and toss w/ Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Let Stand for 30 Minutes.
  2. Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Bake 30 Minutes. Serve
