carrots
1 large
zucchini
1 bunch
broccoli
1 medium
onion
5 clove
garlic
3 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
italian herb's, to taste.
sea salt, ground pepper

How to Make Roasted Italian Winter Veggies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Chop Veggies and toss w/ Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Let Stand for 30 Minutes.
  • 2Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 3Bake 30 Minutes. Serve
