Roasted Italian Winter Veggies

Great in the Fall of the year when the new Winter Veggies are just coming in.

serves 4

Ingredients

  • 3 lg
    carrots
  • 1 lg
    zucchini
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 5 clove
    garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • italian herb's, to taste.
  • sea salt, ground pepper

How To Make

  • 1
    Chop Veggies and toss w/ Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Let Stand for 30 Minutes.
  • 2
    Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 3
    Bake 30 Minutes. Serve
