Ingredients
- 1large can tomato sauce
- 5 - peeled potatoes cubed
- 1 small white onion
- 3 tablespoons evoo
- 1 can string beans (drained) or you can use fresh
- pinch salt & pepper
How To Make mom's potatoes and stringbeans

Step 1In a pot saute your cut up onion in oil. Add your (drained) strinbeans in the tomatoes and bring to boil. Stir and let simmer. You can use can of tomatoes or tomatoe sauce (large cans)

Step 2In another pot add your peeled and cubed potatoes to boiling water.

Step 3When your potatoes are done, drain and put into your sauce and stir.
