Ingredients
- 1 package kielbasa; italian sausage; or ground beef
- 1 large cabbage head (green or purple)
- 1 can tomatoes, canned and cut up
- 2 stalks celery
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
How To Make phlum

Step 1Cut cabbage, celery and onions into slices. Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces. Peel and slice potatoes.

Step 2In a large skillet, melt butter (about 1/4 cup) and saute celery and onion until transparent. Add potatoes and still occasionally until potatoes are soft. They should have a nice "crust" on them, but not burnt.

Step 3Add cabbage and kielbasa and continue to cook on low heat, add another 1/4 butter. Cover and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until cabbage is soft and transparent. Add tomatoes at the last and heat through. Serves 6-8.
