Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil. divded
- 3 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1-1/2 cup cubed cooked chicken
- 1-1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped (or dryed) basilo
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package pamemsan couscous
- 1/4 cup pamemsan cheese
How To Make parmesn chicken coucous

Step 1In a large sauce pan, cook walnuts over medium oil 2-3 minutes or until toasted.

Step 2Remove and set aside.

Step 3In the same,pan saute garlic in remaining oil for 1 minute.

Step 4Add the spinach, chicken,water,basil and pepper.

Step 5Bring to boil. Stir in Couscous. Remove from heat cover and let stand 5-10 minutes until water is absorbed.

Step 6Fluff with a fork, stir walnuts and sprinkle with cheese.
