Pan Fry


  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil. divded
  • 3 Tbsp
    garlic minced
  • 2 c
    chopped spinach
  • 1-1/2 c
    cubed cooked chicken
  • 1-1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped (or dryed) basilo
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 pkg
    pamemsan couscous
  • 1/4 c
    pamemsan cheese

How to Make Parmesn Chicken Coucous


  1. In a large sauce pan, cook walnuts over medium oil
    2-3 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same,pan saute garlic in remaining oil for 1 minute.
  4. Add the spinach, chicken,water,basil and pepper.
  5. Bring to boil. Stir in Couscous.
    Remove from heat cover and let stand 5-10 minutes until
    water is absorbed.
  6. Fluff with a fork, stir walnuts and sprinkle with cheese.
