Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil. divded
  • 3 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1-1/2 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 1-1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped (or dryed) basilo
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package pamemsan couscous
  • 1/4 cup pamemsan cheese

How To Make parmesn chicken coucous

  • Step 1
    In a large sauce pan, cook walnuts over medium oil 2-3 minutes or until toasted.
  • Step 2
    Remove and set aside.
  • Step 3
    In the same,pan saute garlic in remaining oil for 1 minute.
  • Step 4
    Add the spinach, chicken,water,basil and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Bring to boil. Stir in Couscous. Remove from heat cover and let stand 5-10 minutes until water is absorbed.
  • Step 6
    Fluff with a fork, stir walnuts and sprinkle with cheese.
