Ingredients
- 200 grams paneer
- 4 large tomato
- 1/2 small onion
- 3 teaspoons cashews, unsalted
- 3 teaspoons cream
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon green chili
- 1/2/ teaspoon salt
- 2 small green cardamom
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 stick cinamom stick
- 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek leaves
How To Make paneer makhani recipe

Step 1Roughly chopped tomatoes and onions and boil with cashewnuts, whole spices and half of the red chilli powder and butter till messy and soft.

Step 2Grind them into a fine paste or puree.

Step 3Heat remaining butter and add green chili and ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes.

Step 4Cut Paneer into cubes and add into the pan and saute.

Step 5Pour the puree, salt red chilli powder and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes.

Step 6Pour the cream and sprinkle fenugreek leaves mix nicely and removee.
