Ingredients
- 200 grams pabeer
- 2 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How To Make paneer bhurji( scrambled cottage cheese)

Step 1Take the cottage cheese and finely grate without any lumbs. Keep them aside to use later.

Step 2Heat oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds to sizzle.

Step 3Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.

Step 4Add the chopped onions and fry till light brown. Then add the spice powder one by one and fry for few seconds

Step 5Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well with then. Fry the tomatoes till they become soft and messy.

Step 6Now add the grated paneer and give a nice mix so that all the masala spices get well incorporated with the paneer.
