Oven Grilled Shrimp
1 lblarge shrimp, peeled & de-veined but with the tails on.
3 Tbspunsalted butter
1 tspblack pepper (you may add red pepper if you like it spicy)
1 1/2 tspminced garlic
2 Tbspolive oil
1 tspcajun seasoning (i used tony cachere's)
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 tspparsley flakes
How to Make Oven Grilled Shrimp
- In a large microwave proof bowl melt 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter.
Add salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well
- Drop in all the shrimp and stir, coating the shrimp with the seasonings.
Let shrimp marinate for 10 minutes.
- Spread shrimp on a baking sheet.
Cook on 425 degrees for 15 minutes turning 1/2 way through the baking process.
- While shrimp are cooking, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with parsley.
When shrimp come out of the oven, drizzle the butter/parsley mixture over shrimp.
