seasoning blend
prepared mustard
pita pockets
tomato slices

How to Make Open Faced Pita Sandwich


  • 1Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2Saute vegetables in water or steam until tender.
  • 3Drain and season to taste.
  • 4Spread thin layer of mustard on top of whole, unsplit pita.
  • 5Top with vegetables and tomato slices.
  • 6Toast lightly.
