    prepared mustard

    pita pockets
  • 4
    tomato slices

How to Make Open Faced Pita Sandwich


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Saute vegetables in water or steam until tender.
  3. Drain and season to taste.
  4. Spread thin layer of mustard on top of whole, unsplit pita.
  5. Top with vegetables and tomato slices.
  6. Toast lightly.
