One pan grilled meal
This came out so good, everything just melts in your mouth and is so full of flavor. I can't wait to think up another dish to use this grilling method on.
Prep time includes marinating the meat.
2 lbchuck steak or any tender steak
6 smallgolden potatoes (or red potatoes)
1 smallsweet onion
2-4corn on the cob
·marinade or seasoning of choice
How to Make One pan grilled meal
- Cut steak into medium size chunks and marinade or season and let sit for an hour or so in fridge (up to overnight).
- Cut potatoes in half or fourths depending on size, cut carrots in thick rounds and dice onion medium size.
- Grill for about 1-2 hrs covered, stirring every 20-30 min. Time will depend on heat and size of pan.
After about 1 hr. add about 1/2 - 1 c of water. This will keep everything from drying out as it cooks.
- Once potatoes and carrots are fork tender add corn and turn off heat. Cover and let sit about 5-10 mins.
