  • 1 pound elk burger(thawed)
  • 1 sprig pineapple sage
  • 1 tablespoon fresh onion chive

How To Make mouth watering elk burgers

  • Step 1
    Chop pineapple sage leaf into small pieces, set to the side. Then chop(I use scissors) onion chives into small pieces.Add to elk burger and mix completely.
  • Step 2
    Form into patties and grill until your desired doneness. Add sharp chedder cheese(optional) and let melt. Then enjoy!
