mom's hominy casserole
A recipe from my mother. I am not a fan of hominy myself, but this is always a dish that is emptied at Thanksgiving when she makes it. Try it for yourself, and let everyone know!

Ingredients
- 1 16oz cans white hominy, drained
- 1 16oz cans yellow hominy, drained
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4oz can diced chilies
How To Make mom's hominy casserole

Step 1Mix cans of hominy, sour cream, and chilies in a bowl.

Step 2Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.

Step 3Pour mixture in and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
