A recipe from my mother. I am not a fan of hominy myself, but this is always a dish that is emptied at Thanksgiving when she makes it. Try it for yourself, and let everyone know!

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz can(s)
    white hominy, drained
  • 1 16oz can(s)
    yellow hominy, drained
  • 1/2 lb
    monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4oz can(s)
    diced chilies

How to Make Mom's Hominy Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cans of hominy, sour cream, and chilies in a bowl.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
  3. Pour mixture in and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
