A different spin, on lasagna instead of the same old thing...

Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 can glory mixed greens (drain)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 - 16 oz low fat cottege cheese

How To Make mixed green italian rolls

  • Step 1
    Boil noodles as directed on package.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhie combine cottege cheese, garlic salt mixed greens and 1 cup of cheese. Until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Drain noodles in cold water to stop cooking process and cool to be able to roll. Towel dry excess water.
  • Step 4
    Spread mixture only 3/4 to allow better roll.. Place in a 9x9 pan. Add sauce on top of each roll and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 300 degree for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
