This is the way I like to make and eat my chilli and so does my family.
I came up with this about 5 years ago, and I really like it.

  • 2 lb
    hamburger, cooked
  • 1 small
    onion, diced
  • 1 small
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 stick
    celery stalks, diced
  • 1 can(s)
  • 2 lb
    cooked pinto beans
  • 2 c
    diced tomato,s
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic, copped
  • 2 c
    tomato juice
  • 2 pkg
    chilli seaoning mix

How to Make Melissa's Favorite Chili


  1. Cook hamburger,diced onion,diced green pepper,celrey and garlic in large frying pan and cook over mid-high heat for about 10 min. then add corn,pinto beans and tomato,s and tomato juice to pan simmer on low heat for 1 hour
  2. I like to put some chilli in to a medium or large bowel and top with copped green onion,melted cheese and sour cream and eat it with ripped tortillas or corn chips
  3. can also add 2 medium hot peppers for a lille heat.
    mmmmmmmmmmmmm sooooooooo gooood !
