Ingredients

  • 1 lb package spaghetti, cooked al dente per package instructions
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, divided
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 - avocados, peeled and flaked
  • 1 cup feta cheese

How To Make mediterranean garden spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in large skillet. Sautee garlic, scallions, basil and tomatoes over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Put cooked and drained spaghetti in large serving bowl. Pour sauteed tomato mixture over spaghetti, add remaining olive oil, avocado and feta cheese and toss together.
