Vodka and veggies? Yes! This surprisingly tasty combination was a realt treat. The flavors meld seamlessly and each bite is a delight.

We have had great success using a 10oz. bag of frozen veggies. Experiment and enjoy!

Ingredients

3+ c
green, yellow, red, and orange peppers
3/4 c
sunflower seeds
10 stick
sugar snap peas
10 stick
green beans
1/2
cucumber
1/2 c
vodka
1/2+ c
maple syrup
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil

How to Make Maple Vodka Veggies

Step-by-Step

  • 1First step to making this delicious meal is taking your sunflower seeds and heating them in the pan until they form a golden color. When golden, put in separate bowl on the side.
  • 2Put oil in the pan then add peppers, sugar snaps, green beans and saute them. Add vodka and maple syrup. Bring to a boil. When reaches boiling add the sunflower seeds and stir.
  • 3Put in bowl your cooked ingredients and top with fresh cucumbers.
  • 4Enjoy!
