Ingredients
- 1 large lobster
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon minced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon minced parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cognac
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
How To Make lobster with cognac

Step 1Split lobster in half lengthwise. Spread surface with butter mixed with green onions and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 425 degrees oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven; pour warmed cognac over and flame. Pour cream over and and return to oven briefly to blend pan juices. Makes 2 servings.
