  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 5 cups cubed, cooked lobster
  • 8 - hoagie rolls, split and toasted

How To Make lobster rolls

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill, gently stir in lobster meat. Serve on rolls. Makes 8 servings.
