- 1 stick butter
- 5 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 cup white wine

Step 1Have your fishmonger cut the claws and tails, and wash

Step 2In a large pot, melt the butter on low and add the smashed garlic, and white wine.

Step 3add the fresh lobster pieces and gentle toss together, cover and simmer for about 30 mins. stirring a few times as to incorporate the flavors into the lobster.
