lisa's saucy meatballs
These are so good and easy to whip up. My family loves them and we usually have them with rice and up the meatballs with the sauce on top of the rice

Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATBALLS YOU WILL NEED
- - 2 lbs of lean ground beef
- - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- - 1 egg
- - 2 tsp garlic powder (i use granulated garlic)
- - 2 tsp chilli powder
- - 2 tsp basil
- - salt and pepper to taste
- FOR THE SAUCE
- - 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- - 1 pkg of lipton onion soup mix
- - 1 can of milk (i use the soup can to measure the milk)
- - 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
How To Make lisa's saucy meatballs

Step 1For the meat balls, In a large bowl, Mix together all the above ingredients well with your hands and shape into golf size meatballs. Lay them into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2For the sauce, Whisk together the soup and milk and soup mix till nice and smooth and creamy, add your can of mushrooms and mix well. Pour over your prepared meatballs. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 2 hrs. We have rice with ours and it makes a nice sauce and my family loves to put it on there rice as well :) You could also serve this over mashed potatoes too Enjoy
