Wash lintels, place in dish with lid. Soak in V-8 overnight.
wash potatoes, chop and place in slow cooker. Wash and chop carrots, onions and celery and place in slow cooker.
Add lintel mixture, water, & Mrs. Dash.
Cover, and set slow cooker on high. Cook for approx. 4 hours. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary. Serve with favorite tossed salad.
