- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make lentil burgers

Step 1Mash the lentils slightly.

Step 2Add the bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion, and celery seeds.

Step 4Form the mixture into 8 patties.

Step 5Coat with flour.

Step 6Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until browned.
