    lentils, cooked and drained
  • 1 c
    whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2
    onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • whole wheat flour for coating
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make lentil burgers

    Mash the lentils slightly.

    Add the bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion, and celery seeds.
