My husband came up with this as he does with most of our meals. This quicly became a family favorite and everyone we serve it to just loves it. It can be varied to your liking.

Ingredients

1 pkg
polska kielbasa
1
green pepper
1 medium
onion
6 medium
red potatoes
1/2 tsp
minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste or creole seasoning
2 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Kielbasa Hotdish

Step-by-Step

  • 1Slice and chunck potatoes into bite size pieces add to hot olive oil in large skillet, cook, covered, on med/high for 15 min turning frequently.
  • 2Meanwhile, cut green pepper into bite size pieces and chop onion. Add to potatoes, continue to cook, covered on med while you slice kielbasa into bite size pieces.
  • 3Add kielbasa, garlic and other spices to pan. Cook, covered until kielbasa is heated through. Serve warm with some fresh dinner rolls.
