Not sure where I got this recipe but I believe off the Weight Watchers website. This is extremely good, my Aunt doesn't like sauerkraut but she loved this!

Ingredients

  • 1 can 10 1/2 ounce cream of mushroom soup-98% fat free
  • 3/4 cup fat free milk
  • 1/4 cup onions, yellow, medium, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 can 16 oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 8 ounces no yolk egg noodles
  • 1 cup low-fat swiss cheese , shredded
  • 1/2 cup dried plain bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine
  • 1 pound hillshire farms turkey kielbasa

How To Make kielbasa casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch baking dish.Combine soup, milk, onion, and mustard in a medium bowl.Spread sauerkraut on bottom of prepared pan, pressing firmly. Add noodles. Spoon soup mixture evenly over noodles; cover with sliced sausage. Top with cheese.Combine bread crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl; sprinkle over cheese.Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour or until noodles are tender.

    You can add a bit more milk to be sure to cover the noodles. You can also increase the mustard to a full tablespoon.
