kelp noodle stir fry

Chop up your favorite veggies,I used a small Dykon radish instead of onion, place in hot wak with Coconut oil. Add hot chili paste (found in most produce depts.) I tablespoon of Raw honey. Rinse Kelp noodles in cold water cut up before adding to wak. Stir together. Add some soy sauce or liquid Ammino acid to taste. Not too much, may cause you to have tummy ache? YELK! LOL Serve over rice (brown) if you choose. Low cal, and full of great healing goodness!

- one package kelp noodles
- 1/2 cup of each veggie you choose to add
- tsp. bottle of ammino acid or low sodium soy sace
- tsp. bottle bottled red chili pepper paste
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbs. bottle raw bottled honey

Step 1Place all ingredients in a wak or pan if you haven't a wak. Stir fry on high heat until veggies are done. Then add Kelp noodles and flavorings. Easy, healthy and low fat and no carbs!!!! Unless you use rice.
