Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
1 lbjumbo lump crabmeat
3/4 citalian seasoned breadcrumbs (or plain if you prefer
1/4--1/2 cmiracle whip salad dressing (or regular mayo if you prefer )
1 tspdry mustard ( or dijon )
1/4 cchopped onions
1 tspbaking power (if baking in oven)
1 tspworchestershire sauce
dash(es)cooking oil spray
How to Make Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
- Mix all ingredients except the crab in a bowl.
Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.
Shape into 6 cakes.
- Place the cakes on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Spray with a small amount of cooking oil.
Bake at 375' for 30 minutes.
- The crabcakes can be fried if you prefer.
