Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
- 3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs (or plain if you prefer
- 1/4--1/2 cup miracle whip salad dressing (or regular mayo if you prefer )
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard ( or dijon )
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon baking power (if baking in oven)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- dash cooking oil spray
How To Make jumbo lump crab cakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients except the crab in a bowl. Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly. Shape into 6 cakes.

Step 2Place the cakes on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spray with a small amount of cooking oil. Bake at 375' for 30 minutes.

Step 3The crabcakes can be fried if you prefer. Enjoy !!
