Ingredients
- 1 package italian sausage
- 1/2 cabbage head
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 medium sweet onion, cut into chunks
- 2 cups chicken broth
- nonstick cooking spray (i use butter flavored)
How To Make italian sausage & cabbage in the instant pot

Step 1Set Instant pot to saute. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Brown sausages and onions.

Step 3Press cancel.

Step 4Pour in chicken broth.

Step 5Cook on normal pressure for 10 minutes.

Step 6Use quick release valve to let steam escape. Open lid.

Step 7Add carrots, potatoes and cabbage to pot. Replace lid and seal.

Step 8Cook under normal pressure for 5 minutes.

Step 9Use quick release valve to let steam escape.

Step 10Salt and pepper to taste. Serve!
