impossible cheeseburger pie - revised
Everytime I went to visit my gram, she would have a batch of this ready for me when I arrived because it was my favorite! I have long since taken her original recipe and tweaked it a couple of times to be the recipe I am going to share today!! I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my friends do!!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 - sweet onion
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 - kosher dill pickle spears
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup sharp feta cheese crumbled
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup bisquick mix
- 2 cups milk
How To Make impossible cheeseburger pie - revised

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 chop onion and mince garlic and put in a saute pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. cook until the onion is translucent

Step 2Once onion is translucent, add the ground chicken (or beef if you prefer) and cook until meat is done cooking

Step 3finely chop the pickle spears and mix into the meat mixture and let cool

Step 4mix together milk, eggs and bisquick mix till it's combined, should be a thin consistency so it will run through the meat in the pan.

Step 5put meat mixture into a baking dish, and sprinkle both cheddar and feta cheese on top of it, and then pour in the wet mixture.

Step 6make sure the wet mixture is throughout the baking pan.

Step 7Put into the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Pull out, slice and ENJOY!!!!
