An italian seasoning mix that is appropriate to use in just about any italian dish. Making it in bulk this way saves measuring the spices/herbs each time you cook.

This will last for months in an airtight container in your pantry.

dried oregano leaves
4 Tbsp
dried basil leaves
4 Tbsp
dried rosemary leaves
4 Tbsp
dried thyme
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
onion powder
1 c
dried sliced mushrooms (optional)
