Heads Up Cauliflower
- fresh cauliflower head
- 1 c
- mayonnaise, light or regular, our choice
- 1/4 c
- mustard, i use regular but bold or spicey would give it a little zing. my friend has also used dry mustard in her mayonaise.
- 2 c
- sharp shredded cheddar cheese.
- 1 tsp
- paprika for garnish
How to Make Heads Up Cauliflower
- 1Boil whole cauliflower head in medium pan in lightly salted boiling water. I use enough water to half cover the head. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Depends upon the size of the cauliflower. I insert a long tongued fork or sharp knife to test for tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain and set aside for 20 min. to allow cooling so that you may handle it easier.
