Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 slices egg or white bread
  • 1 small onion sliced thin
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 2 dashes kitchen bouquet

How To Make hamburgers with mushroom gravy

  • Step 1
Start by heating a fry pan Medium heat. Take 1 or 2 slices of bread and run them under water. Squeeze out water and tear in to pieces. Add ground beef to bowl and mix in bread with hands, form patties. I get about 5 patties.Depending on big you like them. Fry hamburgers in pan turning once to brown on both sides. Remove hamburgers to plate. Do not remove grease. Add onion slices fry until soft and brown. Add can of soup with half can of water. Stir until smooth. Add kitchen bouquet. Stir again until your gravy is thick and brown. Add Hamburgers back to pan and continue to cook until heated and burgers are not pink. Serve them over wide noodles or even mashed potatoes.
