- 1-2 slice smoked salmon
- 1-2 slice smoked mozarella
- 1/2 - 1 - ciabatta roll
- 1-2 - pats of butter / margarine or
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make grilled smoked salmon and mozzarella on ciabatta

Step 1put olive oil or butter on skillet and heat pan on low

Step 2use half or whole ciabatta roll depending on how much you want - slice open

Step 3fill sandwich with salmon and mozzarella

Step 4If you're using butter or margarine, spread a thin film on both sides of bread

Step 5turn the heat under the skillet up a little but keep it on medium to low heat in order not to burn the bread and ensure mozzarella melts - press sandwich together occasionally while grilling - flip often

Step 6remove from skillet and enjoy with half a glass of dry white wine
