smoked salmon
1-2 slice
smoked mozarella
1/2 - 1
ciabatta roll
pats of butter / margarine or
1-2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Grilled Smoked Salmon and Mozzarella On Ciabatta


  • 1put olive oil or butter on skillet and heat pan on low
  • 2use half or whole ciabatta roll depending on how much you want - slice open
  • 3fill sandwich with salmon and mozzarella
  • 4If you're using butter or margarine, spread a thin film on both sides of bread
  • 5turn the heat under the skillet up a little but keep it on medium to low heat in order not to burn the bread and ensure mozzarella melts - press sandwich together occasionally while grilling - flip often
  • 6remove from skillet and enjoy with half a glass of dry white wine
