Another favorite given to me by my late friend Ron. There are no amounts for the herbs, so use your judgment. It depends on he size leg you have. I have served this for Easter diner and it was a BIG hit.

Ingredients

  • - boneless leg of lamb
  • - butter
  • - garlic or garlic powder
  • - lemon
  • - seasoning salt

How To Make grilled leg of lamb

  • Step 1
    Start grill.
  • Step 2
    Rub butter over lamb. Rub garlic, lemon juice and seasoning salt over lamb
  • Step 3
    Place on grill and cook about 20 minute per pound for medium rare. Of course, cook longer for medium to well done.
