Another favorite given to me by my late friend Ron. There are no amounts for the herbs, so use your judgment. It depends on he size leg you have. I have served this for Easter diner and it was a BIG hit.

- - butter
- - garlic or garlic powder
- - lemon
- - seasoning salt
How To Make grilled leg of lamb

Step 1Start grill.

Step 2Rub butter over lamb. Rub garlic, lemon juice and seasoning salt over lamb

Step 3Place on grill and cook about 20 minute per pound for medium rare. Of course, cook longer for medium to well done.
