These are AWESOME! You can even add ham. If you are talented & have a good sized skillet, you can make more than one at a time. This recipe is for 2 sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 slice
    bread
  • 16 slice
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • ·
    butter, room temperature
  • 2
    gerkin sweet pickles sliced
  • 4 large
    green olives with pamento sliced

How to Make Grilled Cheese WOW

Step-by-Step

  1. Butter one side of your bread, lay in cold skillet. Lay 4 slices of cheese on the slice of bread lay slices of green olives then more cheese
  2. lay sliced sweet pickles on top of second layer of cheese add last slice of bread that has been buttered just before laying it on top of rest of sandwich
  3. on med to high heat wait about a minute for first butter to melt before carfully turning sandwich over, mindful not to lose yer insides while turning
  4. gently press sandwich down wait about 2 minutes then gently lift sandwich to see if golden brown, if it is, flip sandwich & brown other side once sandwich is done, repeat with other sandwich then serve
