1 bunch
baby cabbage leaves
1 c
mixed sprout, red clover and radish
2 medium
beets grated
2 medium
carrots, grated
1 c
cilantro chopped
1 tsp
cumin, caraway and fennel seeds mixed
1 dash(es)
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 c
raw tahini


1Toss salad together well, let it sit for a few minutes, toss well again to get all the juices coated on all the leaves and wrap it up in green leaves of choice or for the transitional diet use rice wraps.
2You can also serve it open face garnished with sprouts and a lime wedge and let diners wrap it up. Try varieties by adding or substituting herbs. You can add fine chopped colored banana peppers for zest...
