These are my express energy meals since I started my raw diet and believe me, I've never felt better!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch baby cabbage leaves
  • 1 cup mixed sprout, red clover and radish
  • 2 medium beets grated
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, caraway and fennel seeds mixed
  • 1 dash lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 cup raw tahini

How To Make green burritos

  • Step 1
    Toss salad together well, let it sit for a few minutes, toss well again to get all the juices coated on all the leaves and wrap it up in green leaves of choice or for the transitional diet use rice wraps.
  • Step 2
    You can also serve it open face garnished with sprouts and a lime wedge and let diners wrap it up. Try varieties by adding or substituting herbs. You can add fine chopped colored banana peppers for zest...
