Greek Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients

2 lblean boneless leg of lamb, cut in 1.5 inch cubes

1 colive oil

1/2 cwhite wine

1/2 cfresh lemon juice

6 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 cfresh chopped oregano or 3 tbls dried oregano

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Greek Lamb Kebabs
- MIs all the marinade ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Toss in lamb cubes. Marinate at least 24 hours.
Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal (high heat) until medium rare and browned.
Serve with plain yogurt, chopped tomatoes and chopped seedless cucumbers (chopped raw onions are good, if you can take them) in warm/toasted pita breads.
