garlic ginger sesame marinade
I've been making this marinade for 25yrs. It's always, always a big hit. You can add whatever side you like, I've made coconut lime rice and then sliced up the mushrooms and added into the rice. It's amazing. Great for grille parties with family and friends. I promise, this will be the star of the event. It's that good.

How To Make garlic ginger sesame marinade
-
Step 1Add liquids soy sauce, olive oil, and seasme oil.
-
Step 2Then add dry ingredients, sugar, and black pepper, mix well. it will take a while for the sugar to disolve.
-
Step 3Then mince garlic, its usually 2-3 bulbs garlic for 18 cloves. Mince fresh ginger, and cut up scallions.
-
Step 4Add whatever meat you'd like, it works great for chicken, shrimp, steak, and if you'd prefer vegetables, it works. It's amazing with portobello mushrooms. Pictured above. Let marinade for 2 - 12hrs. Depending on how seasoned you would like your meat or veggies. Reason I list 2 - 12 hrs. I've marinated 2 hrs for a more mild flavor and longer for an explosion of flavor. If marinating several different meats, they should all be in separate bowls.
