Garlic Ginger Sesame Marinade
2 bottlesoy sauce, low sodium
3/4 colive oil, extra virgin
1 tspsesame oil
3 Tbspblack pepper
3 Tbspsesame seeds
2-4 Tbspfresh ginger minced
18 - 23 clovegarlic
How to Make Garlic Ginger Sesame Marinade
- Add liquids soy sauce, olive oil, and seasme oil.
- Then add dry ingredients, sugar, and black pepper, mix well. it will take a while for the sugar to disolve.
- Then mince garlic, its usually 2-3 bulbs garlic for 18 cloves. Mince fresh ginger, and cut up scallions.
- Add whatever meat you'd like, it works great for chicken, shrimp, steak, and if you'd prefer vegetables, it works. It's amazing with portobello mushrooms. Pictured above. Let marinade for 2 - 12hrs. Depending on how seasoned you would like your meat or veggies. Reason I list 2 - 12 hrs. I've marinated 2 hrs for a more mild flavor and longer for an explosion of flavor. If marinating several different meats, they should all be in separate bowls.
