This came from my mother. She made this in her toaster oven so that she didn't heat up the kitchen in the summer. It is a quick, tasty lunch. If you want to add a bit of cooked meat to it, just a couple more minutes in the oven will take care of that.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent dinner rolls
  • 2-8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 (shy) teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped(size of the veggies is up to cook.)
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup muchrooms, sliced or diced (use more to taste)
  • 1/2 cup black & green olives, chopped
  • 1 cup brocoli, chopped

How To Make garden pizza

  • Step 1
Prepare the vegetables and set aside. Heat the oven to 375. Line a jelly roll pan with the crescent rolls. Bake 11-15 minutes, until brown. Cool. While the rolls are baking, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed and seasoning salt. Spread the cheese mixture onto the cooled crust and top with the chopped foods. Slice and serve. Bon Appetit
