fried deer (venison) steak
(1 RATING)
During hunting season, my son and 3 grandkids keep us furnished with fresh deer meat. It is so good. This fried steak goes well with the Creamy 'Tators' I posted earlier. My online cookbook: http://txcherokee57.wixsite.com/rosescookbook
