  • 10 oz
    package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 medium
    plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    fresh basil or parsley
  • 1 c
    shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ·
    ground black pepper

How to Make Fresh Tomato Pizza


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Spray a 12 inch pizza pan with Pam. Press dough evenly into pan. Arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with basil and season with pepper. Sprinkle on cheese.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes.
