FABULOUS VENISON BACKSTRAP

This is 1 of the many recipes that I have developed over my lifetime of outdoor life.
- 2 c
- bread crumbs
- 2 tsp
- parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb
- venison backstrap
- egg, beaten
- oil for frying
How to Make FABULOUS VENISON BACKSTRAP
- 1Mix the bread crumbs, parsley, and salt and pepper together.
- 2Dip the backstrap pieces into the beaten egg.
- 3The roll them in the bread crumb mixture.
- 4Cover and fry for about 25 minutes or until the meat is done.
