Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 medium onion
  • 4 medium tomato
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/3 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/3 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 2 clove
  • 2 cardamom
  • 1/2 cinamom stick
  • 1/3 tablespoon fenugreek leaves

How To Make egg curry recipe

  • Step 1
    Boil the for about 10 minutes for hard boil. Peel and prick them with a knife or toothpick.
  • Step 2
    Heat little oil with a small pinch of turmeric powder and fry the eggs till light brown.
  • Step 3
    Heat oil and fry cumin seeds till cracks. Add Cardamom, cinamom stick and cloves.
