I make this for lunch 3 times a week, its healthy and doesn't need refrigeration.
you can heat it up or eat it at room temp.
also cheap;-)

  • 1 pkg
    firm organic tofu
  • 1 medium
    yellow onion
  • 1 bag(s)
    frozen broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 bag(s)
    frozen corn (optional)

How to Make Easy,Healthy Tofu lunch or dinner

Step-by-Step

  1. grill and sweat the onion in oil (chopped)
  2. chop firm tofu in bite size squares add
  3. add broccoli and corn and red pepper flakes also salt and pepper cover on simmer 10 minutes you're done
