- 1 package firm organic tofu
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 bag frozen corn (optional)

Step 1grill and sweat the onion in oil (chopped)
