This recipe is great especially for diebetics, and people with kidney disease.
Ingredients

·1/3 cup garlic powder

·1/3 cup onion powder

·2 tbsp thyme

·1/3 cup oregano

·1 tbsp parsley flakes

·1 tsp ground pepper
How to Make Dr. Oz’s No-Salt Spice Mix
- Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
- Tip: keep in an airtight jar. Will last up to 6 months.
