Dr. Oz’s No-Salt Spice Mix

- 1/3 cup garlic powder
- 1/3 cup onion powder
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1/3 cup oregano
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp ground pepper
